FAQs

Q. Where are you located?
A. As you are coming down I70, take exit 201 and travel down Main Street. You will see the hotel on your right located between Third and Fourth Avenues.

Q. How do I get from the airport and back?
A. We recommend you reserve a ride with CME shuttle service that can take you door to door. They have a desk right next to the baggage claim. From the time you step on the shuttle you are typically at the hotel within 2 hours. You can book CME online www.coloradomountainexpress.com

Alternatively, if you choose to rent a car, there are numerous car rental companies at the Denver airport to choose from. We recommend you hire an AWD vehicle to deal with the all weather conditions that prevail in the mountains.

Q. Do you have car parking?
A. We provide a FREE car park located at the back of the hotel for our guests.

Q. Where is the closest ski resort?
A. We are fortunate to be located centrally to a choice of Summit County resorts. Copper is the closest being a comfortable 10 minute drive down I70. Breckenridge is 15-20 minutes down Highway 9. Keystone and Arapahoe Basin are only 20 minutes along Highway 6, and just minutes further are Loveland back along I70. If you’re interested in going to Vail or Beaver Creek, they are between 30 and 45 minutes respectively along I70 up over the Vail pass. All resorts offer great summer activities.

Q. What are the summer activities can you recommend?
A. There are a variety of great summer activities in the mountains, including Golf, hiking, biking, white water rafting, fly fishing and horseback riding. Please contact the front desk for further information.

Q. Where can I rent bikes?
A. We recommend Rebel Sports and Pioneer Sports, both in Frisco. Just let them know you are our guests and you will get great discounts.

Q. Do you have information on hiking trails?
A. Not only can we offer personal recommendations based upon experience but we have a fabulous hiking folder we have compiled of all the local trails rated from easy to difficult.

Q. Can you recommend any white water rafting trips?
A. We recommend Kodi Rafting and The Adventure Company. Please inquire at the front desk for more information.

Q. I would like to play some golf. Can you recommend any courses?
A. We recommend Copper Creek, Breckenridge and The Raven. Please go to our activities page and you can view details of each course from their respective websites.

Q. Do you have a hot tub?
A. After a great day on the slopes, we have a shared hot tub for all hotel guests located in our courtyard area with views of Mount Royal.

Q. Do you offer breakfast?
A. No, we do not offer breakfast because we have two of Frisco’s most fabulous breakfast restaurants being the Butterhorn Bakery and The Log Cabin, located steps from our front door.

Q. Do you have a liquor license?
A.We do and we use it to highlight Colorado craft beer, wine, and spirits. Come experience what Coloradans already know...we make the best liquor in America!

Q. Do you have WIFI?
A. Yes, we have free WIFI throughout the hotel.

Q. Do you allow pets?
A. Yes, we are a pet friendly hotel and welcome our guest’s four legged furry friends.
