| Granted this was the best and most expensive suite in the hotel with the best views, privacy & lots of space, so our stay at the Frisco Hotel was most enjoyable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We have friends visiting from out of State so we will be back again along with our friends to stay at this friendly & superior establishment. |

We had 2 dogs with us this time and they loved it too, especially the treats that were left for them. Everyone at Hotel Frisco are always very nice and accommodating. | We arrived late and unexpected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us very good suggestions for restaurants even for the late hour. The staff helped move a bed in for a second person and walked us around the property to show us where everything was. The room was clean and quiet. This was a very unexpected pleasure and one that I will remember to book at a later date. |

| This hotel was very unique... beautiful, clean, and right in the middle of Frisco. We had an awesome deck with sliding glass doors, the employees were super friendly, and we had everything we needed. It was like staying in a big, awesome house full of nice people. The location of the hotel was close to everything, and the view outside our room from the deck was indescribably beautiful. We stayed 4 nights, and we wish we could have stayed longer! I definitely recommend this hotel to all. Thanks for our special stay here! |

| Excellent service, wonderful facilities, tremendous amenities and the best customer service anywhere. We got snowed in and were well taken care of after a terrifying trip through mountain passes. Whisky and wine in the outdoor hot tub during a snow storm made everything better. We were very impressed by this hotel. |

| This was our second visit to Hotel Frisco and it was another wonderful experience! We love to rent the apartment unit so we can share dinners with our family. The kitchen is very clean and is easy to cook and entertain at the same time. The bathroom is georgous! The bed is very comfortable and very warm during the cold winter night. We will return again next summer.

The manager and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful when I had questions about where to eat, shop, ski, etc. The hotel is charming and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. I can`t wait to return! |

I wanted to comment that the two women who worked the desk (one in the evening and one in the morning) were wonderful. the one in the evening (i've forgotten their names) was a hoot! and the woman in the morning was very helpful. thanks for improving what was always a great stay with great employees. cheers and see you soon. |

| Our friend at the front desk made our stay truly a delight. My cousin came into town to celebrate her upcoming wedding and we couldn't have stayed at a better place. Quiet, tranquil, and relaxing, while having all the dining and entertainment we needed. The staff went above and beyond to help make sure we were comfortable. She was so happy to help! Also, I left my gloves in a restaurante and she found them for me. I only live in Denver so I will be back as soon as I can. |

| We chose this location because of its pet policy. Our 15-mo-old dog was welcomed with a huge doggie bed and snacks. Also very convenient location for Copper Mountain skiing. Enjoyed the coffee, hot chocolate, and hot cider always available in the lobby. |

| The hotel was a most hospitable place, both because of the lobby and the staff. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to take walks in the evening and then coming back to the hotel lobby for hot tea and the fireplace. It was also very convenient to restaurants. One suggestion would be a foam mattress topper, we found the bed to be a little too hard for comfortable sleeping. Also, a comfortable chair in the room for reading and relaxing. All in all we would recommend the hotel to friends and were delighted with our time there. We especially enjoyed the hot tub right our the back door, though it was freezing cold, we were able to use it because of the proximity to the room. |

| We recently stayed at the Frisco Hotel and cannot say enough about the staff, location and quality of the room. There simply aren't alot of great hotel options in the Frisco area unless you love chains like BW or HI. If you enjoy personalized service and the comfort of a clean room with a wonderful bed, you need not look further than the Frisco hotel unless they are booked. Staff members, Chrissy and Lisa, need to be personally recognized for their above and beyond help to ensure a wonderful stay. |

| We stayed here for three nights in January and couldn't have wanted anything more. They didn't have space for us on the first night (we were walk ins at 7pm) but they suggested a really good value hotel round the block. Our room was immaculate, warm, quiet and went straight out onto the hot tub which was great after a hard day on the slopes. The bed was super comfy. The staff are friendly and efficient. No tea or coffee in rooms but they have hot drinks in the lobby which you can help yourselves to (everyone pops out of their rooms to grab a breakfast coffee). And wifi in your room plus nice Aveda products too. Would definitely come back. |
